- Free Plan: $0 per month. This plan allows you to build your website, blog, and products for free.
- Starter Plan: $9 per month or $4 per month if billed yearly. This plan includes a custom domain and other features.
- Mover Plan: $39 per month or $33 per month if billed yearly. This plan allows you to sell online courses and other digital products.
- Shaker Plan: $89 per month or $59 per month for the first year, then $75 per month. This plan includes advanced marketing features.
Please note that the prices may vary based on your location and the payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) will charge a standard transaction fee of 2.9% + 30¢. The fees are charged by the processor and not associated with the plans. On the free plan, there is a 10% fee on all transactions. On the Starter plan, there is an 8% fee on all transactions. On the Mover plan, there is a 5% fee on all transactions. There are no Podia fees on the Shaker plan.
Payment Method
Podia supports various payment methods for selling digital products online. With just a few clicks, you're able to connect a Stripe and/or PayPal account, so you can start accepting payments for your digital products.
If you connect Stripe to Podia, you will be able to accept credit card payments for products, payment plans, and recurring subscriptions via community plans. With Stripe, you also get to accept alternative payment methods, such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDeal, Stripe Link, etc.
If you connect PayPal to Podia, your customers will be able to purchase your products through PayPal.
All payments are processed directly by Stripe and/or PayPal depending on what you connected and how the customer pays. Typically, these payment processors will deposit the money directly into your bank account within 2 business days.
Please note that transaction fees may apply when a payment is processed, as Stripe and PayPal have their own processes and policies for handling processing fees and transaction fees for processed payments.

How To Open A Podia Account?
To open an account on Podia, follow these steps:
- Visit the Podia Signup page.
- Enter your Name, Email, and Password.
- Click on Get started.
After signing up, you can personalize your new site with just a few clicks. You can add your logo, brand colors, language, and other information.
To set up your account:
- Click on your avatar at the top-right and choose Settings from the dropdown.
- Under General, you can give your site a name and upload a logo.
- Set the language your customers will see when they visit your site and select your timezone.
- To start accepting payments and set pricing for your products, connect Stripe and/or PayPal.
Now, it's time to create your first product:
- Click on the Products tab and select New Product.

Podia Return Policy?
Podia offers a refund policy for its customers. If a customer requests a refund, the process is straightforward.
For product purchases, customers can request a refund by clicking on 'Sales' in the top navigation, opening a specific invoice, and clicking on the 'Refund purchase' button. They can choose whether the customer retains access to the product or is removed from the product after the refund.
For products set up with payment plans or installments, customers have the option to refund the entire purchase or just a specific installment. To refund a specific installment, these need to be refunded directly via Stripe.
Community subscription plan invoices need to be refunded directly via Stripe.
Partial refunds need to be handled directly via Stripe/PayPal.
Refunds for purchases made with PayPal need to be handled through PayPal directly.
If a customer signs up for a paid plan (Podia Base, Podia Email, or Podia Teams) and would like a refund, they should contact Podia within 72 hours after their monthly (or annual) renewal or upgrade. The most recent payment will be refunded, and refunds take 5-10 business days to process.
